“These Terms… constitute an agreement between you and Yollo AI (‘the Company’)”. No legal form, number or address. Governing law — Hong Kong (the PDPO is mentioned in the privacy policy). At the same time: “The Services are strictly not intended for use by persons located in mainland China and Hong Kong” — the company litigates under the law of a territory where its service may not be used.
Age
The yollo.ai domain was registered on 25 June 2025; at the time of checking the service is about 15 months old. The footer still shows “© 2025”. Next to the logo — a “0+” mark whose meaning the service does not explain.
What the About page says
“A free and unlimited platform”, “more than 200,000 unique characters”, “our mission is to build the most open… AI chat ecosystem in the world”. Contact — support@yollo.ai. No team, no history, no jurisdiction.
