Sign-in options
- Google — “Continue with Google”, the only provider button.
- E-mail and password — “E-mail” and “Password” fields, with “Forgot?” and “Sign up” links under the form.
The “Log in / Sign up” dialog, subtitled “Get access to 20M+ characters”, was checked on 15 September 2026. There is no Apple, Discord or X sign-in.
What is open without login
- The catalog. Characters, categories and search are visible to guests without any dialog — that is the “no registration” of the home-page promise.
- Chat. Whether a conversation starts without login, and with what limit, is not stated on the public pages — not verified.
- Age. A “0+” mark sits next to the logo while the home page both claims NSFW chat support and denies it in the FAQ; there is no 18+ confirmation at login.
- Pro+. The “Upgrade to Pro+” button is available after login; prices are not shown on the public pages.
Deleting the account and refunds
There is no deletion guide in the public materials — not verified; the contact is support@yollo.ai. The refund policy is published: one-off credit purchases with no auto-charges, refunds within 7 days if fewer than 30 chats were used, no more than 80 generation points spent and fewer than 5 bots created.
