The overall picture: chat is probably free within some limits, and image and video generation are counted in credits (the refund policy mentions “image generation points”). Credit and Pro+ prices are not shown on public pages — not verified.

Refunds and payment

Refunds for one-off purchases — within 7 days if fewer than 30 chats were used, no more than 80 generation points and fewer than 5 bots created. Request — by e-mail to support@yollo.ai with purchase details and the last digits of the card. Payment methods are not described on public pages — not verified; the refund instructions mention “the last 4 digits of the card”, so a card is the main method.
