What the refund policy says
From yollo.ai/refund-policy: credit purchases are one-off with no auto-charges, and a refund is possible within 7 days provided you have used fewer than 30 chats, no more than 80 generation points and created fewer than 5 bots.
The “Upgrade to Pro+” button is on the home page, but neither Pro+ prices nor credit-pack prices are shown on the public pages, and the service does not say whether Pro+ renews or is a one-off purchase — not verified.
If a charge did repeat
- Check where the charge came from: a receipt from an app store or from the site's payment provider. We found no official Yollo AI apps in the stores — the iOS link returns 404 and the Android link points to an unrelated domain.
- Write to support@yollo.ai — the only contact in the terms — and quote the transaction date and amount.
- If the charge came through a store, request the refund there: the store's rules apply, not the site's.
- Ask explicitly whether the purchase was a one-off or a renewing plan, and keep the reply.

yollo.ai refund policy. Exceed any of these and the refund is refused.
Credits or a plan?
The case for Yollo AI
One-off credits are honest for an occasional user: nothing renews and nothing is charged silently.
The case for HoneyChat
HoneyChat counts messages rather than credits: 20 messages and 3 images every day for free, then monthly plans from $4.99 with prices published before sign-up.
